Tyari Sha'er'talah, more commonly known by her translated name Tyari Forestwinter is a hippogryph caretaker in Auberdine and a druid of the Darkshore Research and Purification Initiative.

Background
Early Life
Tyari was born roughly three- or four-hundred years before the outbreak of the War of the Ancients in a small town several hundred miles west of the the Well of Eternity. She was the first (and back then only) child of her parents, Anerza Snowforest and Daeraj Stormwhisper. She was seen as a peculiar child, since she preferred using her left hand over her right hand for nearly everything. This has prevented her from using a bow and arrow as well as most kaldorei weapons, thus getting her rejected from the local guard forces.
Only three years before the war started, Tyari's younger sister Niytin was born. Their father was killed in the war, and their mother died of malnutrition caused by depression shortly thereafter, leaving Tyari to raise her baby sister all by herself. With the end of the war and the Great Sundering Tyari decided to settle down in the isolated province of Winterspring in northern Kalimdor along with others who would also settle down in the village of Starfall.
The Long Vigil
During her time in Starfall village Tyari has become a stronger and stronger believer in Elune, and to this day prays every moonrise to thank the Goddess for sparing the lives of her sister and her, and for letting them live in peace. In addition, she has studied the local herbs of Winterspring as well as the local animals, mostly the Wildkin. Eventually, Tyari declaried herself a vegetarian, claiming she "doesn't feel right when eating an animal."
Tyari was also one of the pioneers of the contractions and slang that now compose the Winterspring Dialect, and even went so far as to "translate" her last name into this new dialect, changing it from Snowforest to Sha'er'talah. (Over the ages her original last name became somewhat lost, hence her using Forestwinter rather than Snowforest.)
The Third War and the Departure from Winterspring
Like most other kaldorei, Tyari too was shocked by the destruction of Nordrassil, and entered a state of panic when she realized her immortality is gone. Not wanting to "waste another moment of [her] life," she decided to start learning the druidic arts and adventure through the world, studying animals and plants everywhere. (She also decided to translate her last name so that non-Winterspringeans would be able to pronounce it.)
Her adventuring, of course, only went as far as Darkshore. Her wanderlust quickly evaporated when she came to the realization that by adventuring she will not probably gain as much as by staying put somewhere and living a full life. Seeing as no housing was available in Auberdine at the time, Tyari bought a small house in the somewhat new city of Darnassus.
After the Shattering
Tyari was in Winterspring when the Shattering happened and didn't know about the damage until several hours later when she flew back to Darkshore. Auberdine's only surviving hippogryph, Ran'tel, was with her in Winterspring (which is the reason he survived).
About a month ago she left with Ran'tel for Feralas to check if Feathermoon Stronghold and Thalanaar have any hippogryphs to send to Lor'danel, and came back with only two hippogryphs from Nijel's Point in addition to dire news about Thalanaar's fall.
She is currently with Ranwel's "exodus" from Lor'danel.
Appearance
Tyari is somewhat nondescript, blending into the crowd well. One of the only points of interest is that she usually dyes her hair blue, but leaves her eyebrows undyed.
In her druid forms, her fur and/or feathers are always white, imitating the local animals of Winterspring; when in Moonkin Form she looks like a Winterspring owlbeast.
Accent and Speech Nuances
She hides her Winterspringean accent well. Only people who speak the obscure Winterspring Dialect have a chance of noticing something off with her speech, mostly the way she pronounces some vowels.
